Do I need to know how to code?
No. Courtside is a finished app. Add your courts, upload your QRs, share your link — that's the entire setup. If you can use Facebook, you can use Courtside.
What payment methods do you support?
GCash, BPI, and GoTyme out of the box. You upload the QR codes from your existing accounts — we don't take a cut of your payments. Customers scan, pay, and upload the screenshot as proof.
Can my customers cancel their own bookings?
Yes. Customers look up their booking with their phone number and cancel any reservation up to 24 hours before the start time — zero work for you.
Does it work when the internet is down?
Yes. Courtside is local-first — your schedule, customers, and revenue data live on your device and keep working with zero signal. Brownout, Globe acting up, doesn't matter: your counter keeps running. Only the public booking page needs your customers to be online.
What if my phone is lost, broken, or stolen?
Sign in on your new phone and cloud sync pulls your entire venue back — bookings, customers, courts, settings. And as a second seatbelt, Settings → Backup downloads everything as a single file you can keep in Google Drive; the app reminds you when a backup is getting old. Either way you're back in business in under a minute.
Can my staff and I use it on different phones?
Yes. Your account comes with cloud sync: sign in on a second phone, tablet, or the counter PC and your whole venue — bookings, customers, courts, settings — pulls right down. Changes sync automatically whenever you're online, and because Courtside is local-first, every device keeps working even when the connection drops.
What happens when my free trial ends?
You pick a plan — ₱299/month or ₱3,000/year — and keep going. Your data stays on your device either way: nothing gets deleted, nothing gets locked hostage, and you can export everything as CSV before deciding.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
